Payment and Refund Policy
Last updated: 23 September 2026
Scope of the policy and the products or services it covers
This Payment and Refund Policy applies to all purchases of digital courses, resources and related services offered by celebwirly through its website. The services include access to structured learning materials on entertainment media workflows such as interview coordination, studio segments, camera planning, lighting setups and responsible culture coverage. The policy governs transactions for one-time course access, bundled packages and any subscription-based content delivery. It covers customers located in the United Kingdom and explains how payments are processed, contracts formed and refunds handled in accordance with applicable law.
Prices, currencies, taxes and any additional charges
All prices on the website are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP). Prices include value added tax (VAT) at the prevailing UK rate where applicable. No additional charges apply for standard digital delivery. Any currency conversion fees incurred by the customer’s payment provider remain the customer’s responsibility. Promotional discounts are applied at checkout and are valid only for the stated period. celebwirly reserves the right to adjust prices for future purchases without affecting existing orders.
Accepted payment methods, payment authorisation and payment security
Payments are accepted via major credit and debit cards and other secure online gateways available at checkout. All transactions are authorised in real time. celebwirly does not store card details; payments are processed by third-party providers that comply with PCI DSS standards. Customers receive an immediate email confirmation once payment is authorised. In the event of a declined payment, the order is not processed and no contract is formed.
Order, booking or service confirmation and when a contract is formed
A contract is formed when celebwirly sends a confirmation email following successful payment. This email contains order details, access instructions and a copy of this policy. Digital content is made available immediately after confirmation unless otherwise stated. Customers should review the confirmation email carefully and contact celebwirly via the form on the Contacts page if any details appear incorrect.
Cancellation rights and applicable cancellation periods
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers in the United Kingdom generally have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase. However, because the courses consist of digital content, the right to cancel ends once download or streaming access begins. Customers who have not started accessing the materials may cancel within 14 days by notifying celebwirly in writing. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time with effect from the next billing cycle.
Refund eligibility, exclusions and non-refundable items or services
Refunds are available only where statutory rights apply or where celebwirly has failed to deliver the promised content. Once digital access has commenced, refunds are not provided except in cases of proven technical fault on the part of celebwirly. Promotional or discounted purchases, completed courses and any materials already downloaded are non-refundable. Refunds are not issued for change of mind after access has begun.
The step-by-step procedure and information required to request a refund
To request a refund, customers must submit a written request through the contact form on the Contacts page, supplying their order number, full name, email address used for purchase and a clear statement of the reason for the request. Requests should be made within the applicable time limits. celebwirly will acknowledge receipt within five working days and may ask for further information if needed.
Inspection, approval, rejection and notification of the refund decision
Each refund request is reviewed individually. celebwirly will assess whether the request meets the criteria set out in this policy and UK consumer law. Customers will be notified of the decision by email within 14 days of receiving all required information. If approved, the refund will be processed; if rejected, reasons will be provided together with any available alternatives such as course replacement.
Refund method, processing time and when funds should reach the customer
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing typically takes between five and ten working days after approval, though the customer’s bank or card issuer may require additional time. Customers should allow up to 30 days for funds to appear in their account. No cash refunds or alternative payment methods are offered.
Special rules for digital content, subscriptions, services or promotional offers where relevant
Digital courses are supplied immediately upon purchase and therefore carry limited cancellation rights once access begins. Subscription services continue until cancelled by the customer and are charged automatically on the renewal date. Promotional offers are subject to the same refund rules as standard purchases. celebwirly may offer replacement access instead of a refund where technical issues prevent use of the materials.
Failed payments, duplicate charges, chargebacks and suspected fraud
Failed payments result in automatic cancellation of the order. Duplicate charges detected by celebwirly are investigated and refunded where verified. Customers who initiate chargebacks without first contacting celebwirly may have their account access suspended pending resolution. Suspected fraudulent transactions are reported to the relevant authorities and result in immediate order cancellation.
Mandatory consumer rights in the target country that the policy cannot exclude
This policy does not affect any statutory rights customers have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 or the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. These rights include remedies for faulty digital content and the ability to seek redress through the courts or alternative dispute resolution schemes. Nothing in this policy excludes liability for personal injury or fraud.
